I think SuperPanda made around 200 comments (I'm looking at you all lazy commenters, including myself), so I guess linking them all couldn't be a desirable task.
And the heart is not awarded to a single artwork, but to the artist who collected the highest number of faves during the entire month, while it doesn't matter which of their artworks were liked.
The singular artwork, which received most likes during the month, is a separate thing, and not only one, but top 10 are awarded.
