This came out really well and I agree that the palette is shown off particularly well. Very nice rendering, especially on the nearest shoulder.

Looking back at many of these portraits I can see things that I would continue to alter if I were to work on them for longer...this one certainly has fewer obvious mistakes to my eyes  

So far, if my criterion was your palette usage, this palette would be my winner (at least from those you already used).
