It's a fish eat fish world out there!

My entry for the food stamp challenge.
Hopefully I'll make another smaller one over the weekend.
Originally I planned on making it much more colorful but these colors kinda stuck with me.

Yeah, I don't know shit about what real fish look like ;D

The colors are so nice. Has a great semi-photorealistic look to. Upon inspecting it, I guess this is largely due to the great dithery shading going on, very intuitively done. The overall lighting is another big one, too.

the fishes are amazing, but you could have done a bit more than copy a fish and paste it everywhere..
the asymetrical border is a nice touch!
the colors are great and fit perfectly what I imagine of Serbia ... (no offense, I'm just kidding and ignorant )
next time, maybe, I'll post an interesting comment...

edit: I just decided to give it a go and noticed that the asymetrical border is in the template lol, I didn't notice it on the other entries

Not only is it brilliantly pixelled, but the concept is great too.

I agree with Jamon, speculars could make it seem more pixel-art like too.

adamp > good idea about the fishhook. I'll try to stick it in without losing the composition. regarding transparency, I figured wtf pixelstamps project has a fixed bg color :P

Beautiful!  But why isn't the little fish eating anything?  Stick a hook in front of the little guy for added irony. 

Oh, and shouldn't the stamp edge be transparency?
