The Hovel of The Musketeers is 3rd part of series for PixelDam started long ago. Just try to make many small funny scenes and to keep contact between them. Water BG is from PixelDam after some corrections. Colours of the works without BG are 31. After so much time, just try to improve a bit colours and clear view. I'm not very happy with the result, but prefer to put like finished work.

1st part is here

2nd part is here

This is one fun idea that Souly write in PJ forum for Sniper, Fat Musketeer and Dame:

Dame: "Honey, I'm pregnant!"

Musketeer: "I'm going to be a father! :D"

Sniper: "Not anymore bitch"

Thanks for all comments and ideas in the forums PJ and Pixelation. I hope some day bgr to have more time for PixelDam.

If people who dislike ISO find something interesting here and If I can make smile on your face the pleasure will be for me :)

Elk (Level 5 Assistant Manager) @ 2/20/2011 15:19

Just some small comment...I don't like that pixelart is connected with poor-made iso towns that can be found anywhere...I hate that

this iso piece is nice :)...

Jetrel (Level 1 Intern) @ 2/19/2011 23:58

 Holy shit.

To call out one item for particular praise, I love what you did with the shadows in this piece; specifically the choice of how you did the shadowed sides of the buildings.

KrypToniTe (Level 5 Soldier) @ 2/19/2011 09:40

Really effective and beautiful iso in a vintage-styled fantasy-themed town, love it!

ellie-is (Level 5 Assistant Manager) @ 2/19/2011 06:39

metaldev (Level 4 Murderer) @ 2/2/2011 16:34

 pixel art mastery.

DemonSpawnn (Level 1 Depressed) @ 2/1/2011 23:12

Perfection, Though if you feel like your up to it you could animate that fire.

Yuan (Level 1 Rookie) @ 1/31/2011 07:39

My goodness is this cool. I love everything, especially the rooftops. Where were you people in the 16-bit era :P?

GormenGhast (Level 5 Detective) @ 1/31/2011 05:37

This is absolutely amazing. I'd love to see this on a handheld for a gamestravaganza.

Psychotron-3000 (Level 5 Detective) @ 1/30/2011 22:42

This is absolutely amazing. So much detail, so much going on without over crowding it. Its a real treat looking around and discovering new things everywhere. The colouring is rich and the animation is done well. There are a few unpolished animations of characters, but that can be expected witht he amount of movement and detail.

Just small nitpicks that dont detract from the piece significantly, but just an observation. Well done though!

azyru (Level 1 Rookie) @ 1/30/2011 20:44

Very nice.

piiichan (Level 5 Detective) @ 1/30/2011 18:22

I love all the little scenes happening everywhere, it's a pleasure to discover, and it's so cute :)

My favorite scene is the lurking cat :D

Mathias (Level 6 Garbage) @ 1/30/2011 15:48

I think the bishop is yelling at the drunks, isn't he?

This is super-attractive. It tells many stories at once. If used for an RPG or something, this could be very immersive!

Color for the dark sides of buildings bugs me. Very oddly hue-shifted. Looks teal/aquamarine. Others shadows are purple tinted, so why teal for buildings?

Come on, animate that fire!!

rhockman (Level 1 Rookie) @ 1/30/2011 13:10

Really nice. I like the drunk bishop :)
