Pixel Art Challenge: Merpeople
Challenge winner Mirre wants you to create an image with the theme of merpeople (mermaids, mermen, sirens, and so on), using one of the two palettes she created for the 11 Color Palette Comp:

Canvas size - Unrestricted.
Colours - Max 12 = the 11 colours of either palette (no mixing the palettes) + transparency.
Transparency - Optional.
Animation - Optional.
