I like it, but is it ment to be a double or a primary+secondary explosion effect? That's what I'm seeing, a big explosion and then a smaller one off to the bottom left.

Awesome set! Would love to see them all animated.

I really hate the mountain for what he did to the viper, but this pixel art is very good! One thing, it seems like the wind gust starts at his thighs, I would think that the gust should start on the dangles part and pull the rest of the cloth with it, currently it doesn't look natural. 

The detail on the wood, trees and rocks is really great!

One thing is that, on the double tile bridges, you can see where the tiles don't exactly match up, but love it nonetheless!

Really good perspective animation, I hope to see more either like this or a continuation/prequel of this! 

I agree with Sohei that it's too symetric but it doesn't look flat to me. 5/5 for original work and great attention to detail. 

This is really good, and I only give it 4/5 because I always give 4/5 for remakes of established characters.

One suggestion I have is to add more wind effect, right now the sheet between his legs doesn't match the wind effect on the other parts, and it only looks too repetative. Perhaps if you added more frames of stronger and weaker gusts that would really perfect this.

It's really well done and I like the highlights and shadows, I think that's very realistic. However I only rated 4/5 because the white space makes it look like an unfinished WIP, perhaps if you only intend to do the eye, add some kind of border or remove the white. 

Love these, but I just don't like how they have the same stance.

This is why I'm learning to pixel myself. All the ownership rights and paid hourly work convoluted mess is just asking to get scammed both ways.

Also, not making out and signing a contract for work like this is a bad move. 

Wow this  is really aweome, I really can see the alphabet at 1x zoom, but any higher and the subpixeling disappears.

Love it, only gripe is that the water/light reflections are too strong in some parts making it looks like veins rather than light:
