Despite what others may think I quite like it. It's very strange yet appealing to my eye as if a hidden feeling is buried in it.

Hehe I like it with the extra colors. Nicely done. And it's an avatar so he can use it for HIS avatar, not for anyone else. More personalized that way. (At least, I assume this)

Yes well big brother, your 'advice' is nowhere near friendly at all, and I don't know why anyone would want to listen to you with your attitude. Slay, just ignore those hypocrites and let us admire your amazing work that those complainers could never dream of even attempting even with 'tools'.

I love your dithering style, it's amazing. I can see it in all your works. You may not think much of this but I couldn't do that this good.

Wow, that's the most detailed isometric piece of work I've ever laid eyes on.

Dragons are by far the most excellent beast. And yes, it really does touch that Final Fantasy look.

Wow, I almost forgot about pixeljoint. Whoops :o I've been doing some more sprites lately, and thanks for the comments. I'll probably work on my next tiny dude animation sometime soon.

He looks like he just ferociously fought something off and is recovering. The only thing that he lacks is leg movement, but you said knee bending is still in the works. Amazing job :)

A little update on the tiny dude news: I let a friend of mine use tiny dude animation frames so he could work on a Space Station Pheta port for calculators, and he used the frames quite well: http://www.nooutletska.com/PIC0013.GIF
Sharing work is nice sometimes :)

I like limits, and doing larger things breaks that open. I find doing larger art that isn't hand-drawn or vectorized (like in flash) annoying, not because I can't do it (well) but I'm not comfortable doing large stuff at all.

To me, pixel art is meant to be small. Until I found Pixeljoint I didn't know pixel art was considered anything more than things less than 100x100 or so. Now I have to refer to my work as 'micro pixel art'.. still a strange term to me. Ah well.. all in all I like to do small.

Really?  I think it looks fine.. I was kinda limited in size anyways :P We were only allowed to work to a certain height.
