You don't have to provid us a 2x in a link, that's what the little buttons are for under the picture :) That said, I did what you recommended and viewed the magnified version, and I agree - the details are stunning. The craters on the moons, the clouds, the brush, the city in the distance, the high-contrast shadows on the objects in the foreground - really all just comes together. The 'blink' on the tower reminds me of Chrono Trigger, and makes me wonder what's going on in the piece. Excellent work!

I love this. I don't know why the colors together create such a trippy effect but they do. Especially the green and the orange/brown (and especially on the pipe). The darker, disjointed background is perfect.

The juxtaposition between the saturated colors and the almost-completely desaturated grey is excellent. One of the most compelling yet simple works I've seen in a while.

This is really cute! I like how simple yet defined it looks. Having the colors of the pond in the tree and vice versa really unify the piece as well.

I love the purple in the hair and the palette in general. Stunning work.

It's really impressive how well this fit the shape - you did a good job because I don't see something trying to conform to a preset outline here; it looks like the piece just came about organically into the pose it's in.

It feels a litlte 'washed out' to me, like it needs darker darks, especially  the outline. It looks fine okay on a lighter background but the palette gets sapped against the darker grey because of this. I would suggest highlights too on the dress and sleeves, and maybe make the ones in the hair more noticable.

I really do like this piece though - it's really cute and pixeled nicely.

Aww it's a Pansear! Great pixels here. What you did with the palette intrigues me, I'm not sure it makes it 'read' as well as it could though. Good job getting it to fit so well into the shape.

You have such an interesting style! I love how you it looks like you took a digital painting and translated it into a large pixel piece. I haven't seen that before in the way you've done it here. It's great though... the palettes and lighting of your peices are all really interesting, and I think this one might be my favorite of the bunch. I'm really a sucker for soft colors and fluffiness. Good stuff!

Thank you to everyone for your feedback. I'm glad a lot of people mention the palette since I think that is one of the strengths of this piece. I had to keep tweaking it for it to look right but I think the end result isn't bad :)

I really like the colors and just the general style of shading here. It reminds me a bit of old school Final Fantasy Tactics.
