Very vague! But I agree. Now where to start... Could the face use more dithering?

Clean and clear and under control. Definitely going to be featured this month.

 Thanks for the fave!

Thanks! The werewolf was the first of this series that I drew.

After I established a palette I played around with it a bit more freely. The mimics and the shaman rely on it a little, but I plan on doing it more in the future now that I have my colors all picked out.

They were originally supposed to be his gums and teeth, but whatever works for your imagination.

Thanks Greyskill! I intended for the big whippy guy to be the anchor for this piece but the knight turned out much better than I thought it would. The shaman was the last little villager guy I made, and I think he utilizes the size limitations the most out of them.

I like the bounce in the animation. Very animated and alive. Also yayaya, GameMaker time!

Thanks! That means a lot coming from you, I really like your pixel management in your teeny tiny "Dark" piece.

This would have been my top pick for September, I think.

Thank you! You'd be surprised how much effort goes into these teeny tiny things.

Thank you! I might end up finishing the game this time, so here's hoping!

Amazing work. The texture and the scale of it all is wonderful. I have such a hard time with landmasses but you pulled it off great.

Thanks! And maybe soonish!

Also, I just uploaded another, bigger set. Waiting for approval.

Why thank you, but I am still of the firm belief that hard outlines are weird!

user
Biggs @ 10/13/2012 12:52 commented on Human Style Experiment

Very well presented. I like the choice of colors, the animation, and the stle. Only complaint would be that the body could use more shading in the torso. The shading is fine on the rest of the piece, but since the torso has more surface area I think the minimal shading makes it look a little flat. Excellent overall, though.

Stunning!

I love tiny sprites and you pulled these off perfectly. I like how noisy you made the background, it's hard to do that right at this size.

I like the liquid animation!

Very neat coloring and very clean art.

Dat shading, dose outlines, dem colors...

user
Biggs @ 10/13/2012 10:39 commented on Demake Majora's mask

I feel like the color is a little too washed out, given the subject.

user
Biggs @ 10/13/2012 10:37 commented on Slender man [Animated]

You pulled off those pesky protuberances perfectly. And I don't think he should be breathing. It is not in his nature to breathe. Maybe some other kind of subpixel animation could be used around his frame, like the flickering from this: www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/49971.htm

user
Biggs @ 10/13/2012 10:32 commented on Troll

What you were trying to do is hard to accomplish, but I think you pulled it off pretty well. My only complaint is perhaps how well the lighter blue in the troll blends in with the background.

user
Biggs @ 10/13/2012 10:31 commented on Megaman

He looks rather derpy. But it is an honest representation of the original style.
