PJ Upgrade

The site was down for roughly 2 hours this morning while we upgraded the database software. It was a last minute thing so I didn't have time to post a notice. Sorry.

I think this is the first time I haven't announced an outage ahead of time and of course this was the longest outage we've ever had.

It was one of those things we had been putting off forever because we wanted to uninstall completely before upgrading to avoid some issues.
