I meant his work in general, not just this. 

That is on purpose though. Since it's basicly a parody on anime fighting games with far too over the top bosses and power ups and all that. That's how I see it anyway :)

Dunno.  I watched the trailer but I really don't feel like getting the whole thing.  I'm just not a fan of his style.  Nicely animated, and I appreciate the work gone into it but big headed kiddy anime looking sprites ain't my thing.
