This is probably one of the reasons i'd preferred some kind of submission limit, but the size restrictions themselves i'm quite happy about. This is pixel art! This is the kind of resolution you guys should be able to work with well.

To be honest i think the really good submissions will stand out. Will it take longer to vote? Sure. Will it be harder to vote? Nah.

I think I'll try to make one more piece for this, as it's good practice and usually I have no inspiration to do pixel art.

Eh, I'm sticking with only my Kilroy picture. :S Every other competitions I've been on only allow one entry you can submit and that's what I always like to do just to make it fair. I already see pieces that I love and hope win. Good luck to everyone who enters. :)

I didn't say I wouldn't refine - with 32 x 32, there's only a certain amount of refining you can do before you're just wasting time and aren't contributing to the piece anymore.

Agreed, the rules practically invite you to make a LOT of pieces, but its supposed to invite you to create good quality... I think its because of the canvas size combines with no animations...

I dont think any one needs a week to work on a 32 x 32, but what do I know.

Or spend all week on ONE icon, and blow away the competition ;D
