This would have been a reallllyyy cool collab if it wasn't a challenge. It would be pretty awesome to see the whole world pixeled in this idea.

I don't understand the question. transparency is required outside the shape. the shape itself must be composed of opaque pixels of any color from the respective palette. there can be no transparent pixels within the shape.

=( Once again, I'm so sorry if anyone feels I've defaced France and Sweden. Basically, I tried to smooth things out as much as could just to make the outlies easier to use.

Been a while since I've done one of these, max 17 colors is just a maximum, I don't need to use every color there, correct?

No distorting, these are the shapes. You can only flip the countries or rotate them by 90/180 degree angles

How strict are you going to be about not "distorting" any pixels on the countries? For example, is it allowed to remove 3-4 pixels from a corner to smoothen it out?
