Also, her boobs seem to be facing the viewer completely, while the rest of her body is turned. Her shoes and the skin between her wings seems a tad pillow-shaded. Nice design; I like the way the pink kind of off-sets the browns and such. Great job with the details.

I don't know, it seems to start out slow and then be very quick, which makes sense but looks a bit odd, in my opinion. :P But, I'm used to using blinking animations on much smaller pieces. ^^ Looks pretty good. :D I'd make the ears a bit smaller, unless that's just your style. :3
