no doubt it's a great piece but the mirror really bugs me.  as sharprm said, we wouldnt be able to see her reflection at this angle - we would need to be directly behind her (which might be a nice view too :) ).  At the moment, the picture is of a girl looking at an upright, fullsize poster of herself.

Strange how the version of the mountain that "someone copyed it and taked the credit" actually goes further to the right than the "original" seen above.  Almost as if both were taken from a larger image originally.

Pixel-Janz, your reactions to the accusations people have posted do not give the impression of an innocent artist ("SO, Can you please stop wining all the time???").  Surely you can see why members have become suspicious?  You posted 3 low quality pieces followed by 2 vastly improved pieces with "NO WIP, NO COLOURS".

If you want to clear your name, I would spend another 8 hours on a new piece and this time, SAVE THE WIPs.  Of course if you have been lying, this will be difficult.

the edges don't look very nice on my background but it's a lovely piece.

if you redid the shading of the pineapple and the sand you would probably get rid of about 70 unnecessary colours.

it's a nice piece though

maybe add a second "glint" and/or the first could be moved/made bigger so it overlaps the pupil-iris line instead of being within the pupil (there is nothing wrong with how it is at the moment but I did a bit of fiddling and it looked slightly more effective).

I like the colours you have used.  Eyes are quite commonly used yet your's feels unique, good job :)

Put aside the controversy for one minute:  To me this piece lacks imagination.  If you wanted to use the symbol then it could have put it onto a 3D flag, a soldier's arm, anything but to use it as just a plain symbol is disappointing.  The swastika isn't really a war symbol in my opinion, it's a ideological symbol and unless it was used on a flag/soldier/tank it doesn't really suggest war, just fascism generally.

Technically, to me the white circle doesn't look round enough, the AA is a bit light to make a difference.

You have a few very nice pieces but this one seems to spoil your gallery.

looking at it makes me want to see little people walking around it... if you added them (or something along those lines) it would be an instant fav

the wall pieces look odd because they are supposed to be at right-angles to the wall (like the ones on the floor stand upright).  your pieces are at "2D right angles" (drawn on a flat surface), whereas in iso, the illusion of a right angle is created by following the 2x1 pixel lines.  When you draw the wall pawns, try following the lines of the chessboard below them.

it's an imaginative idea so i really would urge you to polish this piece; it would look nice in the Joint

the blades could really use some AA - the highlighting makes them stand out nicely but it also draws the eye to these jagged edges.  other than that, fantastic work

Interesting - would be nice to see it being used as it's hard to judge out of context.

Nice colours and neat technique.  The orange glow reminds me of Blick's Shark.

Thanks for the comments guys - I'll see what I can do about the dithering in my next piece

Saw this 1st on a light background - then I switched themes.  It's a shame seeing it now when it looked so crisp on the light background.

"Numerous pictures on google" - the 1st one looks pretty similar (search: "everest")
Amazing if pixelled though
