As QueenKami said, I would make the topic clear before the user opens the art. Even having '(mature)' on the title isn't enough, since one may understand you're referring to a sexual art piece, and end up seeing something more triggering for them.

And it should be in the preview because not on all interfaces can you see the title from the beginning.
