He looks nice (every croc does, crocs are awesome). I'd think about adding another frame right before he starts closing the mouth, to give a stronger "snap" feeling (I don't know what's the sound crocodiles' mouth do when closing so I wrote "snap" :/).

The legs movement is great - it's really smoth and very well readable.

I'm not sure about the head. Normally when we walk, our head goes up and down (during contact and passing positions = standard height; during recoil positions = a bit lower than standard height; during high-point positions = a bit higher than standard height).

Is he kicking the air with one leg and then with the other while moonwalking? :) I'd suggest that when landing the legs on the ground, you place them at the same x position he has them when lifted up, otherwise it gives a weird feeling, as if he was kind of sliding backwards.

The character looks interesting, it kinda reminds me of those dark creatures in LoZ Twilight Princess.

If you're having trouble getting the hang of a "movement", you can always film yourself and study the way you do these movements :)

(Basic) walk cycles are quite easy once you split up the different engaged poses (Contact/Recoil/Passing/High-Point)*2, one for each leg.

P.S.: I liked the one with the flashlight better :D but I really like the way his back switches from right to left and viceversa on this one.

Could you briefly explain why you think the piece would improve at half its current size? :) I was having some concerns about the size of the image when I started, but in the end I just started the lineart and well, I basically adjusted the size of the whole image according to the size of the "blobmaster" creature, which is what I first drew.

For example, in the second scene that I did, I tried to keep it smaller, and well...to be honest, I'm not entirely satisfied with the result and I'm even thinking I should've done that one a little bit bigger.
